New / Past / New medication issued by hospital

2 working days notice required to complete the Medication request.

Please don't contact us before completion of 2 working days.

Medication will be directly sent to your nominated Pharmacy electronically.

There are some medications that cannot be sent to pharmacy electronically and those scripts need to be picked up at the surgery by the patient.

The receptionists are not allowed to accept request over the phone or by fax for that matter.
